Payment Terms

All TruYard orders, including custom-made and in-stock furniture, require payment in full at the time of purchase.

Orders are not processed or scheduled for production until full payment has been received.

Custom Orders

All custom furniture orders are final sales.

Because TruYard furniture is manufactured according to the styles, colors, configurations, and specifications you select, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Please review and confirm every detail of your order, including color, size, and configuration, before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, cancellations are not permitted for custom-made products.

Changes to an order after purchase are not guaranteed. A change may be accommodated at TruYard's discretion if production has not yet begun, so contact us as soon as possible if something needs to be corrected.

In-Stock Furniture and Returns

All in-stock furniture sales are final.

TruYard does not accept returns or exchanges because of a change in preference, color selection, size, or other reasons unrelated to a defect.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.

Defective Products and Warranty Claims

Products with verified manufacturing defects are addressed under TruYard's applicable warranty terms and any rights provided by law. Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law or by our warranty obligations.

To start a claim, email info@tru-yard.com with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a short description of what happened.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase with TruYard, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the payment, cancellation, and return policies above.

All sales are final, except where a remedy is required under applicable law or under TruYard's warranty.

Quotes, Pricing, and Colors

A quote is an estimate based on the configuration discussed at the time. It is not a binding offer and may change until an order is placed and paid.

Prices shown on this site are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct an error in pricing, specifications, or availability, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before anything is produced and you may cancel for a full refund in that situation.

Colors are shown on a screen, and screens vary. Poly lumber color samples are available in our showroom, and we recommend seeing a sample in person before choosing a color for a large order.

Lead Times

Custom orders typically take two to five weeks from order confirmation, which gives our Amish craftsmen time to build your furniture to your specifications. Lead times are estimates rather than guarantees, and they can move with material availability and seasonal demand. We will keep you updated on where your order stands.

Delivery

Delivery is free within 75 miles of Rosemount, Minnesota. We deliver beyond that radius as well, and any additional delivery fee is quoted to you in advance.

• Furniture is delivered fully assembled.
• We will coordinate a delivery window with you ahead of time, and someone should be available to accept the delivery and confirm placement.
• The delivery area checker on our contact page is a planning estimate based on a map lookup, not a final quote.
• Please inspect your furniture at delivery and tell us right away if anything is damaged or incorrect.

Showroom Visits

Our showroom in Rosemount is open by appointment only, so call or email to schedule a time. Appointments are the best way to compare colors and sit in the pieces before you order.

The content on this site, including product photography, descriptions, pricing, and page design, belongs to TruYard and may not be copied or republished without our written permission. Product specifications and availability are kept as current as we can, and occasional errors or omissions are possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruYard's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, and TruYard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits our warranty obligations or any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Dakota County, Minnesota.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, and the effective date at the top will change when we do. The terms in effect on the date of your purchase are the ones that apply to that order.
