What's Covered – 35 Years
TruYard warrants to the original residential purchaser that for 35 years, the following will remain free from:
- Structural failure
- Splitting or cracking
- Dry rot or decay
- Material defects in the HDPE poly lumber
- Delaminating, peeling, or excessive warping
No painting, staining, or sealing is ever required.

General Conditions & Exclusions
Not covered:

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email info@tru-yard.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of what happened
Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, or prorated refund at TruYard's discretion.
Cleaning & Care
- Clean regularly with mild soap and water
- Low-pressure washing is safe from 14″+ distance
- Avoid abrasive pads or harsh solvents
