10-Year Residential Warranty
TruYard® Outdoor Furniture (“the Product”) is backed by a 10-year limited residential
warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on all seating and tables.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of
delivery.`
What’s Covered
• Defects in recycled HDPE resin lumber, stainless steel hardware, and aluminum braces
• Structural failures under normal residential use
What’s Not Covered
• Storm Events: Wind, hail, tornado, hurricane, flooding, lightning, or other acts of nature
• Physical Damage: Impact, misuse, neglect, alteration, or improper assembly/installation
• Rodent & Pest Damage: Chewing, nesting, burrowing, or infestations by rodents,
insects, birds, or other wildlife
• Normal weathering, surface scratches, fading from UV exposure (beyond the built-in UV
protectant tolerance), or cosmetic wear and tear
